Personal Overview

Hard hitting blindside flanker, can play anywhere in the back row or second row, jump and lift in the lineout... Have played county (norfolk), eastern counties, academy and university rugby
My best attributes are my tackling, making a nuisance of myself in the tackle area and reading the game/positioning. Last year I played in the worlds longest game of rugby (Guinness world record) for a charity at welford road.
I am also a level 2 qualified rugby coach and do some coaching at local club
