Personal Overview

Welcome to my page! I'm Luke Palos.
Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa.
My dream and goal would be to play professional rugby. I am ready for the challenge. I understand the sacrifices that need to be made in order to play professionally.

Rugby is my passion. I sleep, eat and live rugby. Every facet of my day encompases rugby; from my daily routine, diet & exercise. 

I am a hardworking Rugby player that understands what it means to get to the top. Since I have Matriculated at Wynberg Boys High School after playing 3 years of 1st Team Rugby, I have enrolled at the Western Province Academy in order to pursue my dreams and goals. I believe that anything is possible with hard work and have a huge ambition to play rugby abroad for available clubs.

I am currently also studying Sports Management via HFPA - www.hfpa.co.za - and hope to one day follow my ambitions to be involved in Rugby at some level after my playing days.

My current 5 year plan
- Play professional rugby
- Get qualified in one or more of the following;
1. Personal Training (to further understand how to push my body further)
2. Leadership courses
3. Coaching science
4. Sports management
5. Business management
6. Nutrition qualification
- Save up to invest in property & travel to Greece
