Personal Overview

I am back rower seeking a new adventure within the rugby community. I have played at a number of high levels including Welsh Premiership, Welsh Championship, WRU Division 1 and WA Premier Grade. 
I am currently playing Blind Side and Open Side for Skewen RFC, who are WRU Championship.
I pride myself massively in my Defensive abilities and communication skills. I am willing to give 100%, to any club or country willing to help my personal development.
